Azad Kashmir Election 2016

In Azad Jammu and Kashmir there are three famous parties are appear. By voting public prediction its ranking is:

1. PMLN N 
2. PPP 
3. PTI

PPP of Azad Kashmir candidates in election 2016:

                                                                                 In 2016 election PPP announced 39 candidates from party chairman. These candidates and ticket holder are Chaudhary Abdul Majeed from LA 2 Mirpur, speaker Ghulma sadq from LA 18 hjeera, LA 3 Muhammad Ashraf, LA 4 Chaudhary Shiraaz, LA 5 Chaudhary Muhammad Ahraf Bernala, LA 6 Chaudhary Akram Waheed. LA 8 Ilyas Chaudhary Kotli, LA9 Javed Badawni, LA 10 Chaudhary Mazhar, LA 11 Chaudhary Yaseen etc.

 PRESIDENT (ELECTION) RULES OF THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR, 1985.

1.  “Assembly” means the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. 
2.  “Constitution” means the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act, 1974. 
3.  “Council” means the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council constituted under section 21 of the  Constitution. 
4.  “Commissioner” means the Chief Election Commissioner appointed under section 50 of the  Constitution.
5.  “Government” means the Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
6.  “Joint Sitting” means a joint sitting of the Assembly, the Federal Minister Incharge of the  Council Secretariat and the elected members of the Council.
7.  “President” means the President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
8. “Voter” with its grammatical variations means a member of the Assembly or any elected  member of the Council and Federal Minister in-charge of Council Secretariat.
